Just a short blog tonight because I was tired. But hey ho – tiredness isn’t an excuse not to train.
2 x 30mins sessions on the Static Bike – Alpine Hill Climbing Challenge = 26.30km & 26.72km, total of 53km+ and a hard time recovering.
That meant I struggled on the Treadmill Fitness Test – Recovery Challenges, recording a 61.0% & 59.9% submaxVO2 – definitely a low score tonight.
All this hard work left me looking like a right old Sweaty Boy afterwards.
So now home and my Hot Lobster Bath before resting and looking forward to the #WidnesRunners session tomorrow night – yeah!!!
