Friday night was a late night from school and the day I broke up for half-term. This meant a forced ‘Rest Day’ and a night in bed earlier than normal.
Today was meant to be #Parkrun in Widnes but I over slept and didn’t make it. I was a bit disappointed at first but then I sorted out a trip to Preston to visit my eldest Son – Tom, and we did a free weights session together in his garage. Afterwards it was a trip out to the local sports store and a look at buying some more training clothes.
Tonight it is a chill & relax for my aching arms/shoulders and neck, a few more muscles had a workout today, some new muscles too. A little bit of TV and an early night might be the order of the night – ready for the gym tomorrow.
