Tuesday was a ‘Rest Day’ due to my legs aching too much from the Monday night session & a long day on my feet at school.
Tonight was Mark McG’s 2nd HIITs session of the week and we knew it was going to be harder this week – he also told us too – lol. A few rounds of his favourite exercises and then more pad work with the boxing session meant tired arms as well as very tired legs. But the effort is worth while every time. As a reward Mark has agreed to an extra HIITs session on Friday evening to keep up the motivation and results.
The rest of the night is down to my Hot Lobster Bath, followed by watching a little bit of TV before bed.
My #Fitbit STEPS count is maintaining the 17000k+ a day and I’m trying to increase it a little more to achieve around 20,000k Steps daily.
