Been a few days without training this week and I have certainly felt the muscular pains & aches as a result of it. Work has been long & hard, late nights, meetings and of course the traditional Christmas build-up.
I got home late again tonight and missed the gym, so I trained at home on my Static Bike in front of the TV, watching a movie. A little bit strange at first but still felt good to get some of the tension out of my legs.
The DECEMBER Challenges are coming along steady and I am still ahead of my Targets, which means I can do more over the weekend.
